Fear of missing out (FOMO)

Two years back i decided to quit posting my stuffs on social media for a while and that was a good one for me. I have recently notice how the good pictures we take and good places we visit to make memories in our life makes others feel less🤔, so i thought i should share something to inspire someone out there.You see life should not make us feel like we are missing out, life is different in each one of us, we have a time to grow, time to fall, time to bloom , time for achievements, and eachtime needs to come in to our life to make us who we are, so enjoy that moment because it won’t last unless you allow it to😊.So here are some key things you may work on to run from fear of missing out.

  • Know why you’re on social media, this will help you be focused on knowing why, your in it.
  • Be intentional on who you follow, if they make you feel less unfollow them, if they don’t meet your expectations unfollow them. It’s not a rule to follow everyone who follows you so take your space and make wise decisions.
  • Control your screen time, im not a doctor or an expert in this but it works for me so if you have a specific time to go see what others are up to that will save you time.
  • Lastly, be yourself no one is you and thats your power. Enjoy life while it lasts.
